Vodafone's Mobile Internet Is Extremely Sluggish



Dear Vodafone, I am facing a serious internet speed issue at my location in Istanbul. Lately, my internet speed has been extremely low, and there are constant disruptions. Having only 0.42 Mbps internet speed has been causing significant inconvenience in my daily tasks and communication. I kindly request an urgent solution to this matter. I would appreciate it if my internet speed could be restored as soon as possible, and a stable connection could be provided. Otherwise, I must inform you that I will have to reconsider my current subscription. I believe in the importance of customer satisfaction and hope that my issue will be resolved fairly.
