My Telegram Account Is Hacked So I Want to Delete My Telegram Permanently

My Telegram account linked to the phone number +91 8617343*** has been hacked and used without my permission. I noticed that my account appeared online on my friend’s phone even though I was not using Telegram on my current device. I previously used Telegram on a Vivo Y100a, and now I am using a Samsung A36 where I am no longer actively using Telegram, yet my account status still appears as online. At the moment, my phone number is shown on a Telegram profile that is visible under the name “Sumi R***” and I am not the person using or controlling this profile. This clearly shows that someone else is using my number and identity on Telegram. I want this hacked account to be permanently deleted as soon as possible so that no one can misuse my name, profile or contacts anymore. I am sharing this information to clearly state that I no longer have control over this account and I do not authorize any activity from it. I kindly request that Telegram permanently delete my account associated with the number and confirm that it will no longer be accessible or visible to anyone.
