Vivense L-Shaped Sofa Delivery Delay Problem
I purchased an L-shaped sofa (Kagu Corner Flavia Puflu Köşe Takımı, Dark Grey) on May 31, 2024, with an expected delivery date of July 23, 2024. As the date has passed, I contacted Vivense customer service. They informed me that the production was completed 1.5 weeks ago, and it was awaiting dispatch from Kayseri. They promised to inform me once the dispatch occurred.
Since I hadn't received any update, I called Vivense again today. They said that despite the product being ready, the supplier decided not to ship it. This is unacceptable. They took my money, kept it for 3 months, and now refuse to send the product, likely aiming to sell it at a higher price.
Vivense failed to inform me of this decision, and I had to call to find out. How can a company like Vivense work with suppliers who don't take them seriously? Is there no contract or agreement with your suppliers? How can you not enforce any action at this point? What measures are you taking to protect your customers?
I urgently request a response and demand that you contact the supplier to complete the process.

I have never seen a company that is so bad at doing its job. We are on the 20th business day for a refund, and there is still no refund. Their explanation is, "We have so many customers waiting for refunds that we are progressing in order." This sentence alone shows how incompetent and low-quality the company is. Never, ever buy a product from them; we are even chasing the company for a refund!
