Vivense Didn't Deliver My ₺27000 Order Since August and Won't Respond to Emails

I ordered from Vivense on 22.08.2024, and here we are on 16.09.2024, still waiting for it to arrive. We're currently stuck in the office without a desk, and it's really throwing a wrench in our productivity. We've tried reaching out through several emails to cancel the order, but no one has gotten back to us for assistance. On top of everything, we still haven't gotten the invoice for ₺27,000. I’ve come across some credible information suggesting that Vivense has let go of some employees, and it seems the CEO has also departed, which raises some red flags about the company’s financial stability. This whole situation has been super annoying, and I really recommend that people reconsider before placing an order with them.
