Vivense Delayed My Balcony Set Delivery and No Clear Date Provided

We purchased a balcony seating set from Vivense. The initial delivery date was stated as 08.08.2024, but after the purchase, it was updated to 20.08.2024. Then, we were told that the delivery date was uncertain. In fact, no one even called us; we had to go to the store to find out. The reason given was that it was an affordable product. When we requested a refund and asked when it would be processed, we were told that it was also uncertain, that our request would be entered into the system, and we would probably have to wait 20-25 days. When we asked if the high demand wasn’t apparent when they sold the product, they said new delivery issues had arisen. The issue isn't the delayed delivery, but the fact that they can't even provide a delivery date. Likely, the product won't arrive at all. If it isn't delivered within a week, I will take legal action through a lawyer. If they think they can hold onto people's money for 2-3 months and then refund it, the company will suffer even more losses this way.
