Vivense Delayed My Sofa Delivery for 3 Months and Now Demands a 30 Percent Deduction

Vivense is truly a regret. I placed an order in August, and in October they called to say they would deliver. The next evening, they called again, saying there was an issue with the product and that they would bring it back another time. Three weeks later, in October, they called again saying they would come. After a long wait, they finally arrived, but they said the sofas were too big and that I would need to arrange for a crane, as they couldn’t carry the sofas up the stairs (we are on the 3rd floor). So, we told the delivery team to take the sofas back and began the return process. It’s now November, and it’s been over three weeks since we requested the return. The product was supposed to be returned without even reaching us, and it should have been a smooth process. But this week, as we entered November, I received a message saying “We have delivered the product.” I called customer service, and they said it was a mistake and that it would be corrected. How can there be such a “mistake” three weeks after the return process began? This is simply deceiving people. The delivery was one hassle, and the return process was a separate nightmare. I won’t experience another disappointment like this. Zero satisfaction, zero attention. And they even said they would deduct 30% from the product I never even received, all because of the delivery team’s failure. It’s surprising how they haven’t gone bankrupt yet; if there was a lawsuit, they would be shut down in three months. People achieve so much in three months, but Vivense can’t even complete a single transaction; their system is a complete mess. I’m writing this here, fully expecting an automated response with no action taken. I messaged them on WhatsApp; they said they would get back to me, and a few hours later, I received a message saying “The issue has been resolved,” but I hadn’t even spoken to anyone. My order number is 415807078323; I’m posting this in hopes of getting a real solution. Not only have we lost three months of our time, but we’ve also been dealing with this for three months, losing our effort, and now they’re saying there will be a 30% deduction. And there’s also the fact that we’ve had to wait three months without the sofas.
