Vivense Cancelled Order Faces 30% Deduction After Delivery Delay
I purchased a vase from Vivense Mersin Erdemli branch and paid the full amount on 26 May 2026. At the time of purchase, a delivery date was promised, however the product was not delivered on the agreed date, and 23 days passed without any delivery. Due to this delay, on 18 June 2026 I requested the cancellation of my order with number b72108664692. When I called the Vivense contact number twice regarding the cancellation and refund process, I was told that if I cancelled, 30% of the amount would be deducted. I find it unfair to be charged a 30% deduction when the product was not delivered on time and the delay is not caused by me. I request my order to be cancelled without any deduction, a full refund of the price I paid, and an apology for the inconvenience and wasted time caused by the delay and this deduction policy, and I expect Vivense to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
