Disappointed with Vivense! Paid Rug Undelivered, Price Increased, & No Compensation
I placed an order for 3 Kilim rugs from Vivense's online platform on February 2, 2024. While 2 rugs were delivered, one remains undelivered. They claimed a lack of supply and canceled my order, despite my upfront payment. I questioned their integrity, as they continued selling the item at a higher price post-order. If there was a supply issue, why continue selling? Moreover, the current price exceeds what I paid 17 days ago, causing a loss in value. My money was utilized for 17 days, yet I'm left uncompensated. Neither the customer service nor the company exhibits goodwill. In previous years, I didn't encounter such issues with Vivense. Operational inefficiencies shouldn't burden consumers, not to mention the questionable product quality. Vivense, this is regrettable.
