VivaVideo Charged Annual Fee During Free Trial — Refund Request

During the trial period, VivaVideo charged me the annual subscription fee without my consent. If a refund is not issued, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I demand an immediate refund of the $33 that was unjustly taken. I wanted to share this issue publicly in hopes that you will respond and resolve it quickly.
