Viva Street Account Banned Without Reason Or Appeal Option

I have been using Viva Street, specifically the “Acompanhantes” section, for almost two years without any issues and with regular access to my account. Recently my account was suddenly banned, and I was no longer able to log in to the platform. I was not informed of any clear reason for this ban, and I did not receive an accessible option to appeal or request a review. I have tried to find a link or channel to contact Viva Street support, but I have not been able to locate any way to reach customer service and clarify the situation. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed, that I be informed of the exact reason for the ban, and, if possible, that my account be reactivated. If there was any misunderstanding, I would like the opportunity to correct it and continue using the service in accordance with the platform’s rules.
