Freecash Account Banned - Balance Frozen
I am writing to report an issue with my Freecash account, which has been banned without explanation. I have been using my account for about one month, always connecting from Italy and never using a VPN or similar tools. Today my account was suddenly blocked, and I can no longer access my balance. At the time of the ban, I had approximately 72 in my Freecash account, which I am now unable to withdraw or use in any way. I believe I have complied with the platform’s rules and I have not received any prior warning or clear reason for this action. I have tried to contact Freecash support regarding the ban, but so far I have not received any response. This situation is very frustrating because my funds are effectively frozen and I have no information about what I am alleged to have done wrong. I kindly request that my account be reviewed as soon as possible, that the specific reason for the ban be clearly explained, and that my account be reinstated or that my 72 balance be paid out to me if reinstatement is not possible.
