Freecash Blocked My Cash Out for No Clear Reason
I had been using the Freecash mobile app for about four months to complete tasks and earn rewards. Although I do not believe I violated any of the platform's rules, my account was unexpectedly restricted from making withdrawals about two months ago.
The message I received from Freecash stated that, following a detailed review of my account, my withdrawal privileges had been restricted. They told me I could continue logging in and completing offers, but I would no longer be able to withdraw my earnings. However, they never provided a specific reason for this decision. Instead, I was given only a generic statement that my withdrawals were currently restricted.
I completed all tasks in accordance with the platform's rules and did not use cheats, fraudulent methods, or any other prohibited activity. Despite this, I have been prevented from accessing the rewards I legitimately earned, causing both financial loss and significant frustration.
I request that Freecash provide a clear and detailed explanation for the withdrawal restriction placed on my account. If the restriction was applied in error, I ask that it be removed immediately so I can regain full access to my account and withdraw my earned rewards.
