Vitabiotics Customer Service Not Answering — Unable to Reach Support

I called Vitabiotics customer service today, and even after waiting on the line for a full 10 minutes, I was never able to reach a representative. The calls are not being answered, and it is impossible to get through to customer support. Although I simply wanted to request product information, I could not receive any assistance. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that customers be able to reach support easily.
