I downloaded the Visify – AI Photo Enhancer app thinking it would be a one-time use or trial, but shortly after, it started charging my account on a weekly basis. Despite deleting the app from my phone, I continue to receive recurring payment notices and charges through Google Play every single week. It’s been months, and this has not stopped.
Even after removing my card information and trying to unsubscribe, I still receive emails saying a payment is due. It’s incredibly frustrating and unacceptable that an app I don’t even use anymore is allowed to keep billing me. I can’t remove the app completely from my phone, and I have no idea how to stop these unauthorized charges. I demand an immediate refund for all charges made without my consent and assistance with permanently canceling this subscription.
