Visify Charged Me Before Free Trial Ended — Requesting Full Refund

I agreed to try the Visify app because it clearly stated there was a 7-day free trial. However, before the trial period even ended, a charge of about $13 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. I never even used the app once.

I want a full refund for this unauthorized charge. It’s unacceptable for an app to take money from users who haven’t even used the service. I’m requesting that my refund be processed immediately and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
