I'm writing this complaint because Visify – AI Photo Enhancer charged me for a subscription renewal without my permission or any prior notice. I never approved a paid subscription, and the app continued to withdraw funds from my card over the past two weeks. I only realized what was happening when I noticed my balance had unexpectedly dropped and investigated the cause.
I did not knowingly activate or authorize any automatic renewal. The app never provided any warning, confirmation, or reminder before charging me. This is unacceptable behavior from any platform, especially one dealing with financial transactions.
I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charges and immediate cancellation of any subscription linked to my account. No company should charge people without clear and informed consent.
