Visify Charged Me Before Free Trial Ended — Requesting Full Refund

I agreed to try the Visify app because it clearly stated there was a 7-day free trial. However, before the trial period ...even ended, a charge of about $13 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. I never even used the app once. I want a full refund for this unauthorized charge.
