Victoria's Secret Size Exchange Still Not Shipped

I returned a bra that I purchased from the Victoria’s Secret online store for a size exchange. On May 15, I received a notification confirming that my size exchange had been approved. However, after that confirmation, the replacement item was never shipped.

On June 1, I emailed the customer service address provided, but I never received a response or any update about the status of my exchange. My order number is 322UW2214C, and after a long wait, I still have not received the replacement product or a clear explanation about the delay.

I request that this delay be resolved immediately by shipping my replacement item as soon as possible. If that is not possible, I request a full refund for my purchase.
