Unblock My Viber Account Please

I have been using Viber on my Android phone, and my account has been blocked for almost one month now. When I open the application, I see a banner stating that my account is blocked, but I have not received any clear explanation or warning about the reason. The situation occurred while I was away from my phone for a short time. I was in the shower, and my friend, who knows my screen lock password, had access to my phone during that period. When I came back and started using my phone again, I noticed that my Viber account had already been blocked. I do not know what was done on my phone or in Viber during that time, and I have not knowingly violated any rules or used any unofficial applications. Until now, I have not contacted Viber support directly, and I am writing this complaint to explain that the incident was beyond my control and that I have no intention of abusing the service. I humbly request that my Viber account be reviewed and unblocked, or that I be provided with a clear explanation of the exact reason for this block. I would like to continue using Viber safely and in accordance with the rules.
