Unable To Get An Appointment On VFS Global Turkey, System Cracks

For weeks, I have not been able to make an appointment from their system for different reasons. Although I typed the verification code sent to my phone correctly 3 times, it says my account is locked. If it is fixed, it says "Required field cannot be left blank", if nothing happens, it says try again in 3 hours because I exceeded the maximum number of attempts, but all of this is due to the mediocrity of their site. Even though I reach their e-mails, the replies are "Clear the cookies and try another browsers." I've tried logging in in incognito mode on 5 different browsers. The error is definitely on their website and I still can't get an appointment. I demand that my grievance be remedied.

Delete support cookies, open an incognito tab, try a different browser, open another user, change the phone, create a new account, etc. It always responds in the same way. But none of these are solutions. I keep explaining and writing about the issue, but they still say the same things. I will file a complaint with CİMER.
