About VFS Global Austria Visa Appointment Issue

Unfortunately, we must go through the VFS Global organization to secure the Austrian visa. But despite visiting the website day and night to schedule an appointment and using various browsers, we are still unable to do so. The appointment date, which at the application stage appeared to be open on October 23, 2023, has passed for whatever reason. The appointment day, which was scheduled for October 27, 2023, expired a day later. Now 30.10.2023 looks empty when it comes to choosing the day it is full. We constantly look on the website, but we never manage to find an open appointment. How is it possible that these appointments are filling up while we are on the site all the time? It is often complained about the functioning of government offices. This is a private firm but I have never experienced anything like this in any government office. Additionally, I emailed [email protected], no reaction. Also no assistance from customer service. We're tired of it being completely unresolved!
