I Can’t Access My VDCasino Account and Lost ₺4,000—I Want My Money Back
Hello, I’m writing regarding my account on VDCasino with the username Emir4597. Without any prior warning or explanation, my account was suddenly closed, even though I had ₺4,000 sitting in the balance.
I immediately contacted live support, only to be told that “your relationship with our platform has been terminated.” I kept asking about my remaining funds, and their response was basically “what can we do?”
This is completely unacceptable. You cannot close someone’s account without returning their money. I made a legitimate deposit, played fairly, and now you’re refusing to give me access to my account or refund my balance.
I’m formally requesting my account be reopened or my ₺4,000 refunded immediately. If this isn’t resolved, I will pursue this through every legal and public channel available.
