I Got Banned from CS2 While Studying and Didn’t Even Play the Game That Month

Counter-Strike 2 issued a ban on my account for no reason at all. Yes, literally out of nowhere. I wasn’t even playing the game at the time—I was busy preparing for my university entrance exams. Then suddenly, I received a notification that I’d been banned.
It’s been months, and I still haven’t received a proper explanation. I later discovered that my account had been hacked, and I successfully recovered it through Steam Support. I now suspect that something may have occurred while the hacker had access, but Valve never provided any details.
Now, my profile is permanently marked with a ban from CS2, even though I didn’t even launch the game that month. This unfair label damages my reputation, and I refuse to accept this in silence.
What kind of system punishes inactive students but lets actual cheaters roam free? I demand a full review of my case, the removal of the ban, and a clear explanation of what happened.
