I Face Unfair VAC Party Ban in Counter-Strike 2 Despite Never Cheating

I play Counter-Strike 2 on Steam, under the username k. Over the past two weeks, I have been banned twice without any warning or valid reason, receiving the message:

“You were banned for playing in a party with someone flagged by VAC for irregular behavior.”

The first ban lasted 20 hours, and the second one 7 days. As a result, my Prime Rating dropped from around 13,000 to 9,000, and my level decreased from 25 to 18. I’m also deeply concerned that this issue will keep recurring, causing even more rank and experience loss.

I have never used cheats, exploits, or third-party software. It’s impossible for me to know who in my lobby may have been cheating. To prevent this from happening again, I even removed about 80 friends from my list last week, yet the same issue reoccurred. I cannot identify in which match or with which player this happened.

I reached out to Steam Support, but so far I have only received an automatic response and no resolution. These bans are completely out of my control, and I firmly believe I should not be penalized for other players’ misconduct.

I kindly request that my ban be removed, and that my Prime Rating and level progress be restored. I urge Steam to review my case carefully and resolve this unfair situation as soon as possible.
