Valorant Wrongfully Banned My Device and Main Account Without Explanation or Proof

Hi! 3 months ago I got hwid ban from Valorant when I wasn't even playing the game. Normally, I hadn't been playing for a long time, but on the morning of the day I got banned, I played 1 competitive match on my main account and left home. When I came back, I don't know why I was going to enter my side account first, but it was giving a warning (hwid ban warning). I didn't take it too seriously, at first I thought it might be a mistake and tried to log in to an empty account, but I couldn't log in again. Then I decided to send a ticket and sent a ticket with my LOG records, but they said I was device banned. I Ticketted and tried many times to prove that I didn't cheat and an official told me that formatting might work, so I did that but it didn't work. After a while, they deleted my LOG files from the “attachments” section of the ticket, I didn't understand at that moment and decided to wait 3 months. A few days ago, I sent a Ticket not to unban me, but only to unban my “device ban”. Even though it was marked as “Solved” several times without a response, an official finally responded. He told me “Enter the game from any account and get the warning so we will know how long you will be banned”, but when I entered the game, I did not receive any warning and played on an empty and newly opened account for a while. Afterwards, I reported this to the riot official in the ticket and he told me “I am very happy to hear this. This means that your device ban has been lifted and you can continue your games from where you left off. “ and I trusted the official and logged in to my main account. However, it was not as the official said and I had a device ban, suddenly that warning reappeared and my main account was permanently banned because of the official, moreover, I added my LOG records and the LOG records I received at that moment to the ticket, but instead of answering me, they just close my tickets. The moment I wrote a ticket, it was marked as solved without any reply until my main account's Ticket right was taken away, now I can't send a Ticket from my main account. They don't answer to protect their own employees and they don't have any proof that I cheated, and they can't answer when I ask for it, and they don't know why I got banned. I tried from a different account because I could not send a Ticket from my main account, but I could get support until I gave my account name, I wrote my account name to the ticket, and then luckily my ticket was closed again.

In the ticket I sent from my side account, support responded before I gave my nickname, but when I gave my nickname, my ticket was marked as “solved” again with no answer, you are funny.

I'm still trying to reach out by opening tickets, but they keep closing my tickets. I've tried everything I can, and I still don't understand how I got a device ban when none of the accounts I logged into when I first got the device ban were banned :d? I even sent my LOG record, but they didn't open it back then either, and now they are not responding at all. I sent tickets repeatedly through my friends and myself, but I can only get support until I use my in-game nickname. The moment I write my own nickname, the tickets are closed. Moreover, they mark even the ticket where I mentioned a support error and just wanted to get information about that issue as "resolved" directly. I don't know what I did to get caught on the radar of the huge "Riot GAMES," but it is a completely unfair ban, and contrary to what is written in their rules, I was never able to use my right to defend myself or appeal. Actually, they didn't allow me to.
