Unexplained Permanent Ban in Valorant—Tickets Closed Without Response

I recently received a permanent ban on my Valorant account without any explanation. I was playing normally, and when I logged into my account the next morning, which had money deposited in it, I saw that it was permanently banned. I also found that my old account received an indefinite ban, possibly due to a hardware ban (HWID). I’ve opened two support tickets to ask why this happened, but both were closed without any response. I’m not receiving any assistance, and I’m left in the dark.
