Unfair Permanent Ban and Device Ban on Valorant Account
Even though I have never resorted to cheating, my Valorant account has been permanently banned, and I have also been slapped with a 3-month device ban. It has been approximately a year since the ban was implemented, and I am persistently working towards having it lifted. However, my efforts have only resulted in receiving automated responses. This problem cropped up after hanging out at an internet café with my buddies, and some people think that might be the reason, which I find ridiculous.
I have always maintained a strict adherence to fair play and am urging for a comprehensive investigation into this issue. If a representative reaches out to me, I am more than happy to provide any required information. I had put a substantial sum of money into my account. It would be greatly appreciated if someone in a position of authority could carefully assess this situation and acknowledge the error that has been made. Thanks a lot.
