Valorant Ranked System Deducts -23 RR Losses But Grants Only +15 RR Wins

I am a PC player in Valorant currently ranked at Silver 1. For about the past 2 to 3 weeks, despite playing in my actual rank and never using any elo boosting services, I have been experiencing a severe point imbalance in ranked matches.

I have lost several matches in a row, and in every loss, I lose significantly more Rank Rating (RR) than I gain when I win. When I win a match, I gain an average of +15 to +18 RR, but when I lose, I typically lose around -23 RR. This keeps happening consistently regardless of whether I queue solo or duo with a friend.

It was said that the rank system was updated, but in its current state, I feel the system is not working fairly. I demand a detailed review of my account and MMR/RR balance, a fix for this scoring imbalance, and appropriate compensation for the RR I believe I unfairly lost.
