I Demand Valorant MMR Review After Broken Matchmaking Ruins Ranked Games

I am writing to submit a complaint regarding the matchmaking issues I have been experiencing in ranked matches since the new season of Valorant. I am currently in the Gold rank; however, the system continuously matches me with players who reached Diamond in previous seasons. With such a massive rank disparity, it is painfully clear even before the match starts that the balance is broken and the game is unfair.

While I want to compete against players at my own skill level in my own rank, I am constantly forced to play against opponents who are far above my skill level. This severely ruins my enjoyment of the game and undermines its competitive integrity. As seen in the attached profile and match screenshots, my rank and the ranks of the players I am matched against are clearly visible.

I demand a detailed review of my MMR/ELO system and recent matchmaking history, along with the necessary adjustments to pair me with players appropriate for my skill level. My goal is simply to play fair, balanced, and competitive matches, and I request your support in resolving this issue.
