Valorant Fails to Launch With GPU Error Despite Previously Working
40

When I try to launch Valorant, I first receive the error: “Valorant did not start. Valorant is already running. If you believe this message is an error, please contact Player Support.” When I attempt to open the game again, I get a different error: “A D3D11-compatible GPU (feature Level 11.0 Shader Model 5.0) is required to run the engine.” My computer has an Intel (R) UHD Graphics 730 graphics card, and just last night I was able to play without any issues. I did not install any updates, yet these errors suddenly began appearing. I tried restarting my computer, relaunching the game, and updating my GPU drivers, but the problem still persists. My Valorant account username is St4bila/St4, and I have not made any payments or purchased content on the account. I attempted to reach the support team but have not received a response for hours. I request immediate assistance to resolve this issue and restore my access to the game.
