My Valorant account, under the username tsmsilentstorm, was permanently banned today without any prior warning, notification, or valid justification. The stated reason for the ban was “use of third-party software,” which I strongly deny. My account represents over ₺30,000 in investment and five years of effort and progress.
I believe this ban decision is a mistake. When I reached out to Riot Games, I only received a generic response saying that my case was under review, but I don’t believe a detailed investigation was actually conducted.
I have never violated any rules or used any form of cheat, third-party software, or exploit in the game. I am requesting that my account be thoroughly re-examined and that the ban be lifted. I cannot accept that years of dedication and investment are disregarded so easily. If this situation is not resolved fairly, I will pursue legal action to protect my rights.
