Unjust Permanent Ban on Valorant Account Due to Third-Party Software

About three years ago, my Valorant account received an unjust permanent ban due to alleged use of third-party software. I tried to contact the Riot team, but they were indifferent. I had invested approximately ₺1000 in my account, and I am very dissatisfied with this situation. I have never used, nor will I ever use, any malicious software. I am requesting the removal of this unjust permanent ban on my account.
