I Get Stuck in Diamond on Valorant PS5 Due to Broken Matchmaking and No Bans for Smurfs

I play Valorant on PS5, and I’m completely fed up with the game’s terrible matchmaking system on console. Despite being Diamond rank, I constantly get teammates who are Silver while the enemy team often includes two Radiants and a smurf. It’s beyond unfair. What’s worse is that smurf accounts never seem to get banned. Some players even go AFK, hand the match to bots, or win trade to help their friends rank up. Others use elo trap techniques to farm low-level lobbies and inflate their stats. I’ve been reporting the same behavior and same usernames over and over, yet no action is taken.

I contacted Riot Support to complain, and all I got was a copy-paste response that had nothing to do with what I wrote. It feels like nobody is actually reviewing anything. I’m stuck in Diamond not because of my performance, but because of this broken system and unfair matchups. I demand that my recent match history be reviewed and that I receive KP compensation for the games I’ve lost due to these issues. Riot needs to take responsibility and finally start banning smurfs and punishing match manipulators.
