My Valorant Account Was Banned for No Reason

On November 26, 2024, my Valorant account (fut ZENY#CTKP) was unfairly banned for "cheating," and I haven't been able to log in since. I contacted Riot Games support about the ban, but received only an automated response. My account was subsequently reviewed by a real Rioter, who told me no further action would be taken. I never used any cheats, and I believe the system made an incorrect assessment. I had purchased Valorant Points and was playing the game after accepting Riot's standard user agreement. This is the first time I've encountered this type of issue. I'm deeply sorry for this situation. I request that my account be reinstated and the matter thoroughly investigated.
