Today, about an hour ago, my Valorant Mobile account with the username “Titanic1912” was banned for 60 days with the reason stated as “illegal play.” This decision is completely unjustified, as I have never used cheats, third-party software, or anything illegal in the game. Valorant Mobile is newly released, and I have only been playing normally. The ban screen only displayed “You have been banned for 60 days” and the message appeared in Chinese, which made it even more confusing.
My account does not have any payments or in-game purchases linked to it. I downloaded and played the game on my iPhone via the Chinese App Store. I have not yet submitted a support ticket because I firmly believe this ban is a system error.
I request that my account “Titanic1912” be urgently reviewed and reinstated. This wrongful ban has caused me great frustration, and I expect Riot Games to resolve this mistake quickly and restore my ability to play. I also urge the developers to fix this error so that other players are not unfairly banned in the same way.
