My Valorant Account Permanently Suspended

I used to enjoy playing Valorant with my friends, but my experience took a nosedive when someone hacked my account. Thankfully, I managed to recover it with Riot Games' support by proving I was the original owner. I detailed how my account was compromised, but then I had to travel for work and couldn't log in for a while. When I returned, I discovered my account was hacked again. I reached out to Riot Games support, but this time they responded with an email saying my account had been permanently suspended and suggested I create a new account.

This response was beyond frustrating, especially since my account had around 50K VP. I couldn't respond directly to the same ticket, so I created a new one from scratch, explaining my situation once more. I’ve spent a lot of time and money on this account, so starting from scratch feels like an insult. When I submitted the ticket, I thought Riot Games would engage with me directly, but it became clear their responses were automated—they kept repeating the same message: "Create a new account."

If Riot Games expects me to create a new account, then they should either transfer my skins or refund my money. How is it fair to ask me to invest all that money into the game again? If I don't get a proper response this time, I’ll have no choice but to consult my lawyer.
