I Face Permanent Valorant Ban Without Proof — Riot Ignored My Evidence

As of today, my Valorant account has been permanently restricted without justification. As a player who has been active for years and has never been accused of breaking any rules in any game, I was truly shocked by this decision. My account had a balance of approximately 600–700 VP, which I was saving to buy a nice skin later. I also own several VP-purchased skins, including knives, Vandal, Ghost, and Sheriff skins. I find it illogical that someone investing real money into their account would engage in behavior that violates the rules.

After the restriction, I contacted Riot Games Support, but they claimed the decision was valid without presenting any evidence — even though I have never used third-party software or made any system changes on my computer. I haven’t formatted my device or changed any hardware either.

I request that my account be re-examined in detail, that the restriction be lifted, and that each of my match replays be reviewed to verify my gameplay and innocence. I can provide complete proof of my playstyle and activity. This account represents years of dedication and investment, and I want this unfair restriction corrected.

Additionally, the friends listed in my ticket can confirm my gameplay behavior, and Riot can listen to in-game voice chats for verification. I am willing to provide any evidence required. I ask Riot to not dismiss this case hastily and to give me fair consideration.
