My Valorant account was permanently suspended even though I never used any third-party software. I submitted a ticket to address the issue, but I am also sharing my complaint here in hopes of getting a quicker resolution. There was no explanation provided for why my account was banned, which makes this situation even more frustrating.
The only potential reason I can think of is a program I used to activate Windows, but this has nothing to do with Valorant. I request Riot Games to investigate this matter thoroughly and provide a clear explanation. I expect my account to be reinstated promptly if no valid reason for the ban is found. Please assist me as soon as possible.
