I Bought a Valorant Account with Skins on Hesapcom.tr but Login Info Was Invalid

I purchased a Valorant account from Hesapcom.tr that was advertised as having 300–500 skins guaranteed. I paid the full price, received the username and password, and entered the credentials exactly as provided. However, when I tried to log in, I received an error stating "No such account exists."

Right after noticing the problem, I messaged the seller, whose username is Maratirmi, but I got no response. I waited for a follow-up, assuming maybe there was a delay or mistake—but I never heard back. No one from the platform has stepped in to assist me or offer a resolution.

I feel completely ignored and scammed. I paid for something I didn’t receive, and I’m now stuck without either the account or a refund. I’m asking Hesapcom.tr to immediately investigate this fraudulent sale, take action against the seller, and either deliver the account as promised or issue a full refund without further delay.
