Valorant VP Purchase Not Delivered From Hezaphizmetleri.com Despite Payment

On September 3 or 4, 2025, I purchased 11,000 VP for Valorant through Hezaphizmetleri.com, paying ₺1900 via Papara. Previously, I had bought a smaller amount from the same site without issues, which is why I trusted them for this larger order. However, this time my VP has still not been delivered to my account. After placing the order, I reached out multiple times via the site’s message box, Instagram, and email, but received no response. About 5–6 days ago I was told “it will arrive by evening,” yet days have passed and nothing has been credited. My Valorant username is Squabbles, and I have the payment receipt available if needed. I had never experienced such a problem with this site before, which makes this situation even more frustrating. I demand that my issue be resolved immediately and that the 11,000 VP I paid for be delivered to my account without further delay.
