I Lost My Valorant Account and Payment After Refund Request on Hesap.com

I sold my Valorant account through Hesap.com, thinking the platform would offer a secure transaction. The buyer received the account and then quickly submitted a refund request. I followed the proper procedure, accepted the return, and thought the situation was resolved. However, shortly after, I discovered that the account credentials—including the username "enesyasin89"—had been completely changed.

Now I can’t access my account at all. It appears the buyer kept the account despite initiating and completing the refund process. As a result, I’ve lost both my Valorant account and the payment I was supposed to receive for it. This is unacceptable and leaves me completely at a loss.

I demand that Hesap.com urgently investigate this transaction and take the necessary steps to either restore access to my account or compensate me for my financial loss. The current system allows buyers to exploit sellers without accountability, and that needs to be addressed immediately.
