I Paid ₺650 for a Valorant Account on Instagram But Never Received It

I purchased a Valorant account through an Instagram seller under the username @valohesapsatiim. I sent a total of ₺650 via Papara for the account. The seller claimed the order was confirmed and that the account would be delivered shortly. However, it has been over a day and I still haven't received anything.

What’s worse is that the seller either ignores my messages or takes hours to respond with vague answers. At this point, I feel like I’ve been scammed. The seller keeps making promises but doesn't deliver. I didn’t receive any login credentials or further updates, despite repeated follow-ups.

I demand a full refund of my ₺650 immediately. If I don’t get a proper resolution soon, I will report both the Instagram account and the Papara transaction to the relevant authorities. It’s unacceptable to treat paying customers this way. Please help recover my money and prevent others from being defrauded in the same manner.
