On July 23, 2025, I purchased a Valorant VP code worth ₺450 through Hezaphizmetler.com using my debit card. I placed the order under transaction number #208419, expecting to receive the code via email shortly after the purchase, as is standard. However, it has now been over a week, and I still haven’t received anything — no code, no confirmation email, and no communication from the seller.
To make matters worse, there is absolutely no customer support on the website. There’s no email address, no phone number, no live chat — no way to get in touch with anyone responsible. I feel completely scammed and helpless.
I demand an immediate resolution. Either send me the VP code I paid for or refund my ₺450 without further delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through consumer protection channels. A website taking money without fulfilling the promised digital goods is unacceptable.
