If USPS tracking disappeared after shipment and you want to locate your mail;

Check tracking again carefully;

• Go to USPS → Track & Confirm
• Re-enter the tracking number manually
• Screenshot any error

Confirm the number with sender;

• Ask the sender to verify:
– Correct tracking number
– Service type used
– Mailing receipt copy
• Mistyped numbers are common

Check if service includes tracking;

• Some First-Class Intl shipments have limited tracking
• Tracking may stop after leaving the U.S.

Contact USPS Support;

• Call 1-800-275-8777
• Provide:
– Tracking number
– Sender & recipient address
– Mailing date
• Ask if the number is valid in their system

Submit an online Help Request;

• Go to USPS → Help → “Where is my package?”
• File a service request
• Keep the case number

Visit your local Post Office;

• Bring tracking number + ID
• Ask them to check internal scans

If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
