UPTION Locked My Account - Restricted Me from Accessing My Money

My UPTION account was locked and I could not access my money I have written to the email several times to find out why but no reason was given. If they do not want to continue providing me with their services, they should give me the money in my account. This is legitimate money and there should be no reason for my account to be locked.
