UPS's courier pickup service never works, and you can see similar complaints all over the internet. Even their customer service is unreachable and non-functional. With a very limited number of branches, it's highly unlikely that you'll find one nearby. Currently, I have to travel 40 km to the nearest branch. This is incredibly inconvenient, and I will never shop with a company that uses UPS Turkey again.
