UPS Never Picked Up My Bonheur Return Despite Multiple Requests
I placed an order from Bonheur’s website and wanted to return the product. Since they use UPS for returns, I followed th...e instructions and submitted a return request through UPS. I’ve now made three separate pickup requests (Request Numbers: 7076087, 7079083, 7081497), but nothing has been resolved.
