UPS Failed to Deliver My Package and Marked as "Unavailable" Despite Being Home
I was expecting a package from UPS Türkiye, which was supposed to be delivered yesterday but didn’t arrive. Today, November 8, 2024, I received an email saying the package couldn’t be delivered because I was "unavailable." This is untrue—I responded 22 minutes after the email to confirm we were at our location, which is a three-story building with cameras.
The courier pressed the doorbell, but instead of waiting, they returned to the vehicle within 13 seconds and marked the delivery as "undeliverable." Am I supposed to jump out of the window to catch them? I even have a video as proof and will upload it when possible.
These were books for my children’s school assignments during their holiday. Now, with the weekend coming up, I won’t receive them until at least Monday. UPS must address this issue urgently and improve their delivery practices. My tracking number ends with 6800339919.
