UPS Couldn't Deliver the Parcel In the Same Neighborhood for Three Days
UPS'S IGNORANCE, DISRESPECT... I bought a pair of sandals from GREYDER Company on 07/23/2024. The company delivered it to UPS Istanbul Formula Hub Branch at 12:39 on the same day. - Estimated Delivery Time "07/24/2024 (09:00-18:00)" - Sandals Only 272 grams. - The package was sent out for distribution on 07/24/2024 09:25:48. It is now 07/26/2024 16:08. In other words, it ends today. UPS DID NOT DELIVERY the 272-gram package from Besiktas SS Branch to Beşiktas/Bebek distribution address in 3 WORKING DAYS. - This is a residence. There are at least 4 people in the house at any time. What does CLOSED mean? This is not FALSE, it is a LIE. - "security clearance is required for delivery in the building". Probably USA-based UPS does not know or has not yet realized that a device called the telephone was REGISTERED by a Scottish scientist named Alexander Graham Bell in BOSTON, USA 148 years ago. - I have been trying to reach you since 13:30 on 26.07.2024. The phone hangs up as soon as it is opened. It never drops. It does not ring. - If I write what I feel, we may be sued for insult. - But I hope that those who caused this discomfort, UPS, UPS Turkey, and those who I wanted to say but could not say deserve it, live to the end. Note: The 2 slippers we ordered from FLO on the Hepsiburada website on 24.07.2024 in the evening were delivered yesterday. When the situation was published on the Şikayetvar site, what a normal shipping company should do is: - Inform "why the delivery was not made and when it will be made." However, UPS, on the same day, 3 hours and 35 minutes later (on 26.07.2024 at 21:07:21), instead of delivering the 272-gram sandal to the Customer in the same district, returned it to the Greyder Company and published the situation on the status page. I don't think UPS will be sensitive or that they care about customer satisfaction. I published it on the complaint site just to warn other consumers. I am also publishing this development for the same purpose. From today onwards, I will not purchase any products that will be shipped with UPS. I will also not accept and return products unknowingly sent with UPS.
