United Healthcare System Directed Me To The Wrong Doctor

They boast about this massive network of doctors and hospitals, but the doctor I found through their system and got declined!!! İt wasn’t easy at all also, logged in, technical glitches came pouring….couldn’t see any useful information about who's in my network for sometime. When I did, I accept I should’ve asked them on the phone but at the Office I learned they have different policy with UHC, I'm trying to make informed decisions about my health, and all I get is vague listings like this…How am I supposed to trust United Healthcare with my healthcare needs when they can't even provide a simple, user-friendly search tool?
